Just got my hands on this folding bed, not from Jay-Be directly, and ran into a small issue with the frame being a bit off. I reached out to Jay-Be, and after following their straightforward instructions, I managed to sort it out. I’d definitely suggest Jay-Be to anyone in search of excellent customer service and a really comfy folding bed.

I've owned a simple Jay-Be occasional bed for quite some time. Not long ago, one of the slats broke. I reached out to the company to find out if I could purchase a new one. Jayne, the advisor, got back to me. She informed me that my model was no longer available, but she promised to help as much as she could. To cut a long story short, in just 36 hours, I got three spare slats sent to me for free! I can't say enough good things about their outstanding customer service.

This foldable bed is just awesome! It’s been used a ton for sleepovers, but eventually, the springs and base gave out. Jayne took care of my call and followed up with an email. Within 20 minutes, I had a new bed frame on the way. I’m so happy, thanks a million!
